EEG is pleased to announce that it has formed a joint venture company with Amwal AlKhaleej and entered the KSA Energy Services market.

The new company ‘EEG KSA’ was formed following several months of discussions between both companies, who together have recognized the major synergies that they offer each other by combining the technical expertise and experience in the Energy Services field of EEG with the local market’s know-how of Amwal AlKhaleej.

This venture comes in times of quick and positive changes in KSA regarding both the Supply and Demand Side Management with the gradual removal of subsidies in utilities along the appropriate new initiatives that promotes Energy Efficiency. In fact, with the growing active role of Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC) and its vast array of programs along the new Super ESCO setup and the larger Kingdom’s 2030 Vision, the energy sector is in a rapid transformation. The role of the private sector will come handy to assist the government in its global schemes.

EEG KSA aims to play an active role in enhancing the Kingdom’s energy efficiency and has already initiated a number of projects that will be disclosed soon.
